Seiko Prospex SSC911P Speedtimer
There's a lot to like about this brand new Seiko 'Panda', but it's also very different from the original look. It's about 2mm thicker in diameter, the bezel is a little wider, and the dial is encased in a thin layer of black.
The biggest difference, however, comes from the glossy sunray dial and sporty red seconds hand. This takes the 'Panda' from charming to flashy real quick, and both styles have merit.
This Seiko Speedtimer is incredibly sleek, and it's a seriously impressive wear if you're going to take it out running or even to a formal outing. Its tachymeter bezel adds a luxury touch, and comes in a ¼ black and deep grey look to blend into the three-link steel bracelet.
Seiko Prospex SSC913P Speedtimer
Sporting the iconic Seiko 'Pepsi' colourway, this speed timer is the latest in a long line of classic watches. And much like the 'Panda', it brings a high-performance sports appeal to the look.
Again, the red second-hand makes all the difference, matching the bright red of the bezel and standing out from a deep blue dial. A sunray dial adds some shine, with black subdials and white highlights completing an impressive colour palette.
