Shiels VIP Club is a loyalty program that rewards our customers with special gifts and discounts, so that they can treat themselves and their loved ones more often.

Fill out your details on the VIP Club sign up page and you’ll receive your first benefit – a $20 voucher. Be sure to include your date of birth so that you receive your special birthday surprise!

Shiels VIP Club members can expect to receive gold treatment from the moment they sign up, with exclusive offers, vouchers and free gifts. We love to spoil our VIPs so that they can enjoy the latest trends and update their jewellery collection more often!

Once you sign up, we’ll send you a welcome email with a gift voucher for your next purchase. You’ll receive a voucher to spend on yourself for your birthday and we’ll send you VIP Club vouchers throughout the year so you can spoil yourself and your loved ones more often! Select your preferred communication methods on the sign-up page (please note, sign up and birthday vouchers can only be sent via email).

Your VIP Club vouchers can be redeemed on the Shiels website or at your local Shiels retail store - we have 45 retail stores nationwide! Simply present your voucher when purchasing in store or enter your voucher code at checkout on the website. Don’t forget, you’ll receive free shipping on online orders over $69.

VIP Club Sign Up Voucher 

Minimum spend of $100 is required to redeem this voucher. This offer is available for in-store purchases and online. Available for new VIP Club customers only. Cannot be used on existing lay-bys, existing interest-free purchases, repairs, insurance purchases, Gift Card purchases or ring resizing. Ring Resizing is at an additional cost. This voucher cannot be refunded or reissued. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other vouchers. Voucher expires 30 days from issue.

Birthday Vouchers 

Minimum spend of $150 is required to redeem these voucher. This offer is available for in-store and online purchases. Available for new purchases only. Cannot be used on existing lay-bys, existing interest-free purchases, repairs, insurance purchases, Gift Card purchases or ring resizing. Ring Resizing is at an additional cost. This voucher is not redeemable for cash. This voucher cannot be refunded or reissued. Voucher expires 3 months from issue. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other vouchers. 

Simply add the free gift barcode into the discount code field at check
out. Your free VIP Club gift will be added to your cart at no cost.
