If you are solely visiting Shiels Blacktown, the best place to park is on Level 3 of the Westpoint Centre. You will also receive up to 3 hours free parking.

Shiels Blacktown is wheelchair accessible for all. The first 4 hours of parking is also free for customers with a Disability Parking Permits. If you are a Disabled Card Holder, please visit the Customer Service on Level 3 near Strand to have your parking ticket validated. Validation can only be applied to your first parking ticket of the day.
