I bought this to keep an eye on my health stats after recent hospitalisation, and i am happy to say, it has been very beneficial, it has everything 1 needs to keep an eye on movement, reminders to drink, sleep mapping, heart rate, calories burned, steps, and much much more!
For an older lady like myself, it is very easy to set up, very easy to connect, and comfy! Several screen types to choose from and the app sorts all the info for you, an absolute delight!
I would highly recommend anyone to give 1 of these a try, they are worth their weight in gold for anyone who is new to not only these devices, but anyone wanting to keep a general eye on their health without pulling hair out trying to sort the info out themselves
